We think along with you from purchase, delivery to receipt of your product. In this way, you can be on time and completely according to your wishes MOEVS driving a vehicle.

At MOEVS We offer various shipping methods so that you can always decide how, where and when you want to receive your purchase.

• Free Shipping: For deliveries within the Netherlands, orders over €100 are shipped free of charge.
• Shipping bicycles: Bikes are shipped as far as possible assembled in the box. Shipping bikes ready to ride is not possible. 
• Pick up in showroom Eindhoven/Antwerp: It is always possible to pick up your order yourself in one of our showrooms. This can be done during the opening hours of the selected showroom. You will receive a message when your order is ready to be picked up.
• Ready to drive collection in showroom Eindhoven/Antwerp: This applies to vehicles. The vehicle you have selected will receive a 0-km service and you can collect your order ready to drive in one of our showrooms. You will receive a message when your order is ready to be collected.
• Fixed rate within the Netherlands: €6,99
• Shipping outside the Netherlands: In the shopping cart, variable rates are calculated based on order value and size.

Delivery status

Every product in our webshop has a delivery status. The delivery status gives you information about the delivery time of your product.

• In stock: The product is currently in stock and can be delivered immediately. The product may have a delivery time, this is stated with the relevant product.
• Available for backorder: The product is currently out of stock, but is on order with our supplier. We are dependent on the supplier when we receive the product. As soon as the product arrives with us, your order will be shipped immediately.
• Out of stock: The product is currently out of stock and cannot be ordered from our supplier. Leave your email address to know when the product is back in stock.

Returns

If your order is not to your liking after receiving it, you can return it up to 14 days after delivery. When returning, please note the following:

• The responsibility for the return shipment lies entirely with you.
• Return shipping costs will not be refunded.
• Please ensure you have the original packaging.
• We take the product logos returned if it is in an undamaged condition.
• We take the product logos back when not in use.
• Custom made MOEVS Custom items cannot be returned.

After receiving the return shipment, we will ensure a quick handling. When the return shipment is approved, you will receive the purchase amount back to your account within 14 days. If we find that the product has been used or damaged, we can charge costs.

Exchanging

It is possible to exchange a product. Return your order as described above. Add a note with which product you would like to exchange.

Depending on the delivery status, we will deliver the new product as soon as possible after receiving the return shipment. If the product is cheaper, we will refund the remaining amount to you. If the product is more expensive, you will receive a payment request from us for the remaining amount.
