Variety and flexibility are key as Workshop chief at MOEVS! You will first be taught by your other after-sales colleagues, and will then be put in charge of the entire workshop. The Team in the workshop consists of a rapidly growing group of 5 pleasant guests.

For this position you are expected to ultimately run the workshop from A to Z!
Below is a list of things that you will mainly be concerned with and responsible for

• Bicycle repairs
• Customer contact
• Management and point of contact for workshop technicians
• Create a weekly schedule of repairs for the technicians
• Maintain stock of workshop items
• Keep work area organized and tidy
  
  

Of course, we don't expect you to pick up everything at once. Most mechanics had no experience with making bicycles when they started with us. They have this with them MOEVS learned while working. You will be gradually trained and given more and more responsibilities.
