VanMoof
We carry out maintenance and repairs as certified VanMoof workshop. You can contact us for any repair and maintenance of your VanMoof. Our workshop is the place to get your VanMoof back on the road for both electrical faults and regular maintenance!
Currently it is only possible to resolve electrical faults in the S/X3, S/A5 and S6/S6 open models.
Maintenance
We also often see that VanMoofs have been standing still for a long time and that is why we recommend in many cases to check the bike completely so that it can get back on the road without any problems. E-Bikes
We carry out maintenance on e-bikes in our workshop in Eindhoven and Antwerp. The bike must be brought to one of our branches in order for this to be carried out. A standard maintenance service is often done within one day. Schedule your maintenance now via our maintenance planner!
E-Steps
We carry out repairs and maintenance off on e-steps. So you don't have to do the maintenance yourself — we can do that for you take care of everything for you for a fixed rate of €49,95.
Still want to do some basic maintenance yourself? Here are some helpful tips:
Charge your e-scooter regularly and don't let the battery drop below 10%. Ideally, charge to at least 50%.
Keep the e-scooter clean.
Avoid driving in the rain as much as possible.
Check regularly that all bolts are properly tightened.
Maintain tire pressure.

OneWheels
To you Onewheel To keep in the best possible condition, we have a number of tips for you to do yourself:
It is also highly recommended to Onewheel to be checked more often for wear. A Onewheel often has a hard life, due to intensive use, parts such as tires, bumpers and footpads wear out over time. In most cases you can order the worn parts in our webshop and easily carry out the repair yourself. As an official dealer, we can help you install if desired parts such as tires, bumpers, footboards and mudguards. Additional labor costs will be charged for this.
