We carry out maintenance and repairs as certified VanMoof workshop. You can contact us for any repair and maintenance of your VanMoof. Our workshop is the place to get your VanMoof back on the road for both electrical faults and regular maintenance!

Currently it is only possible to resolve electrical faults in the S/X3 and S/A5 models. 

Maintenance
We also often see that VanMoofs have been standing still for a long time and that is why we recommend in many cases to check the bike completely so that it can get back on the road without any problems. VanMoof repair or maintenance in Antwerp? No problem!
At the moment it is only possible to carry out VanMoof repairs in our workshop in Eindhoven. It is possible to bring the bicycle to our branch in Antwerp. Your bicycle will be taken back and forth to Eindhoven for repairs. Send an email now to ppgad@pucrs.br to schedule an appointment! The repair will therefore take a little longer than normal, but at least you won't have to drive back and forth to Eindhoven yourself. There will be an additional transport cost of €25 for a one-way journey and €50 for the return journey.

Standard Rates VanMoof Repairs
Since there are often problems with the E-Shifters and Batteries on VanMoof bicycles, the standard rates are listed below.

E-Shifter Repair S3/X3 (refurbished standard):
Replacing and adjusting an E-shifter for the VanMoof costs €44 in labor and €199 for the E-shifter itself..

E-Shifter Repair S3/X3 (reconditioned and improved + 1 year warranty):
Replacing and adjusting an E-shifter for the VanMoof costs €44 in labor and €249,- for the E-shifter itself. This part is by another partIt has been overhauled and therefore has an improved printed circuit board, which we give a 1-year warranty!

Battery Repair S3/X3:
Dismantling and installing a reconditioned battery costs €59 and the reconditioned battery costs €499. This battery has a 1-year warranty.

Battery Repair S5/A5:
Disassembling and installing a (new) battery costs €59,- and the (new) battery costs €999,-. This battery has a 2-year warranty.

Battery Repair S5/A5 (refurbished):
Disassembling and assembling a (reconditioned) battery costs €59,- and the (reconditioned) battery costs €860,-. This battery has a 1-year warranty.

*Please note, unfortunately no warranty can be given on the E-Shifter (reconditioned standard) as this is a reconditioned part from VanMoof

TENWAYS

For all regular maintenance on your Tenways you can contact us.

Unfortunately, it is currently no longer possible Tenways to have specific parts replaced by us due to the ended cooperation between MOEVS en TENWAYS due to the arrival of our own bicycle: MOEVS Bike, The First One. Because of this, we are unfortunately no longer allowed to order parts from Tenways.

For replacing parts specifically Tenways you will have to use someone else Tenways service point near you.

E-Bikes

We carry out maintenance on e-bikes in our workshop in Eindhoven and Antwerp. The bike must be brought to one of our branches in order for this to be carried out. A standard maintenance service is often done within one day. Schedule your maintenance now via our maintenance planner!

Maintaining your e-scooter is quite simple and that is why we advise you to do it yourself. Here are some tips:

1. Charge your e-scooter regularly with no less than 10% and at least up to 50%.
2. Keep the scooter clean.
3. Avoid driving in the rain as much as possible.
4. Check the bolts.
5. Keep your tire pressure up to date.

Segway Ninebot

We do NOT carry out any maintenance ourselves Segway Ninebot e-steps.

The warranty issues regarding the e-steps from this brand go through Segway yourself. You can register your vehicle for warranty by sending an email to:

E-Scooters

Electric scooters are ideal for getting around the city, but they do require some maintenance. You should have your e-scooter checked about every 4000 km or once a year to make sure everything is in top condition and working as it should! The maintenance of an electric scooter consists of:

• Checking the tires
• Checking/replacing the brakes
• Lubricating/checking rotating parts
• Check important bolts 

In our workshop in Eindhoven we carry out maintenance for e-scooters (of the brands we offer). The vehicle must be brought to one of our locations. A standard maintenance service is often completed within one day and costs an average of €109 (excl. any additional parts to be replaced and additional labour)

OneWheels

To you Onewheel To keep in the best possible condition, we have a number of tips for you to do yourself:

1. Load you Onewheel regularly by not less than 10% and at least up to 50%.
2. Keep your board clean.
3. Avoid driving in the rain or on wet surfaces as much as possible.
4. Check the bolts.
5. Keep your tire pressure on target.

It is also highly recommended to Onewheel to be checked more often for wear. A Onewheel often has a hard life, due to intensive use, parts such as tires, bumpers and footpads wear out over time. In most cases you can order the worn parts in our webshop and easily carry out the repair yourself. As an official dealer, we can help you install if desired parts such as tires, bumpers, footboards and mudguards. Additional labor costs will be charged for this.
