Warranty issues of Onewheel expired via Onewheel yourself. You can register your vehicle for warranty by emailing ppgad@pucrs.br.
Warranty issues of Segway-Ninebot e-steps go via Segway yourself. You can register your vehicle for warranty via Segway – ONE CONNECT . The guarantee of Segway e-scooters does go through us.
In the event of defects outside the warranty conditions, you can of course still contact us MOEVS for repair and maintenance. We will look together for the right solution for you.
